A fast-growing construction company in South Florida, is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for construction project coordination.

Your new role

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with document management throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and subcontractor communications.
• Maintain drawing logs, track revisions, and manage engineering documents.
• Organize and track submittals, RFIs, warranties, and meeting minutes.
• Assist with monthly AIA billing and document archiving.

What you'll need to succeed

• General knowledge of construction principles and related experience.
• AIA Billing experience is a MUST.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Sage and/or Procore experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
