What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead multiple commercial tenant improvement projects, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing project scope, schedule, and budget
- Navigating contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensuring compliance with specifications and prevailing wage requirements
- Driving projects from pre-construction through closeout
Who You Are
You’re a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball. You bring:
- 4–7 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience with tenant improvement and public sector projects (preferred)
- Proficiency in Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam REVU, and Microsoft 365
- A strong grasp of construction documents and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
