Job Description

Location : Hybrid in Austin, TX

6 months plus

Responsibilities are to provide administrative support to the Project Manager on a tactical basis:

  • Follow/shadow the Project Manager(s) on their meetings.
  • Update Project Plan
  • Schedule meetings
  • Create Agendas, Record/Compile Meeting Notes, Follow-up on Task Assignments
  • Ensure project artifacts are in proper location.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Organization skills.
  • Listening and Notetaking skills.
  • Adaptability to quick-moving, fast-paced environments.
  • Basic understanding of task assignments and follow-up actions.
  • Basic understanding of technology (no particular systems)

Preferred Certifications / skills:

  • Entry-level project management certification such as PMI's CAPM, Google's Project Management Certificate, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Experience with Retail technologies (point of sale systems, inventory, pricing)
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud.
