Who we are
We are a boutique CPA firm that began in 1952.  The practice is family-owned and currently in its third generation.  We have an established client base that has been built on trust, reliability and dedication.  Our focus is on small business accounting and tax preparation.  We also provide our clients with compiled, reviewed or audited financial statement reports if necessary.  

Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and understands how to meet deadlines.  Job responsibilities would revolve around tax preparation and planning for existing clients from retiring partners and a new practice acquisition.  Candidate has the ability to use our model and existing infrastructure to build their own book of business.  Partner track is available. 

Requirements
Candidate must have a current CPA license and minimum 5 years experience of tax preparation.  During peak tax season (3/1 – 4/15) minimum 50 hours including Saturdays.  This is not a remote position.

Salary & benefits
Salary range is $90,000-$110,000 depending on work experience.  We offer a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan.  Employer will match employee contributions dollar for dollar up to 3% of salary.  Health insurance is provided by the employer.
