Location: Denver, CO (In-Office, Some Travel Required - less than 20%)

Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 base + performance bonuses + full benefits

Kapella Group / Global Construction is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial renovation projects across occupied multifamily, senior living, and hospitality environments. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for executing complex renovations smoothly and efficiently, we want to meet you.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Centennial, Colorado , with the opportunity to oversee projects ranging from $250K to $10M .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Projects from Start to Finish

Manage scope, contracts, client communication, and execution with accountability.

• Own the Schedule

Maintain weekly project timelines and coordinate closely with Superintendents.

• Drive Subcontractor Performance

Review invoices, process change orders, and build strong trade partner relationships.

• Keep Projects on Track

Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and maintain detailed documentation.

• Be the Client’s Trusted Partner

Provide consistent updates, resolve issues, and ensure their needs are met.

• Collaborate with a Strong Team

Work side-by-side with operations, superintendents, and support staff.

• Close Strong

Oversee closeout and handoff with quality and client satisfaction in mind.

Who You Are

• Experienced Pro: 7+ years managing commercial renovation projects, especially in occupied spaces (multifamily, senior living, student housing, hospitality).
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Bluebeam , Buildertrend , or similar construction software.
• Process-Driven: Knowledge of CSI divisions , scheduling tools, and best practices for critical path method planning.
• Great Communicator: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and field teams.
• Strategic Thinker: You know how to minimize disruption during renovations and solve problems on the fly.

Additional Details

• Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts depending on project needs
• Location: Based in Denver, CO 80112 – must be able to commute
• Travel: Project site visits required

• Do you have direct General Contractor experience ? If so, with which company?
