Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Content Creator to serve as the creative lead for all internal and client-facing social content. This role blends design expertise with social content creation, ensuring that everything we produce is visually engaging, on-brand, and optimized for performance across social platforms.

This person will work closely with both internal teams and client accounts to bring posting requirements and brand guidelines to life through standout social graphics, carousels, reels, and more. Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and creation of all social content for both internal initiatives and client campaigns 
  • Develop platform-optimized graphics, templates, carousels, reels, and short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, X, and other emerging platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the client success lead and our social media coordinators to translate internal brand guidelines and account-specific posting requirements into visually compelling, on-brand social posts
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and Google Drive folders for all accounts, ensuring quick and easy access to creative materials
  • Support quick-turnaround content needs and manage a high volume of deliverables across multiple client accounts
  • Stay up to date on social design trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats
  • Ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment across all design assets

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or social media creative roles
  • Proficient in UI/UX, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), Canva, and/or other relevant design tools
  • Experience creating social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and X 
  • Strong motion graphics and short-form video editing skills are a plus
  • Excellent eye for design, color, typography, and layout across digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working within shared folders and project management tools (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, Basecamp)
  • Familiarity with social media trends, audience behaviors, and content best practices across platforms
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday; Friday - Work from Home
