The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Duties:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize growth potential within the region.
• Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to existing customers.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Train and onboard new sales team members.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations/Training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
• Salary plus commission-based pay structure.
