Description: Regional Maintenance Supervisor – El Paso, TX
$22+/hr. depending on experience | Medical, PTO, 401k | Leadership Role
Do you have strong leadership skills and a knack for fixing things? Tropicana Properties is hiring a Regional Maintenance Supervisor t o oversee multiple multifamily communities across the El Paso region. If you're organized, experienced, and ready to lead a team, this is your next step.
What You'll Do:
Lead maintenance operations across several properties.
Train and supervise maintenance techs and coordinate schedules.
Manage regional inventory, supply orders, and cost tracking.
Ensure OSHA safety compliance and respond to emergency maintenance issues.
Handle make-ready units, special projects, and budget planning.
Position Requirements: You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 3+ years of maintenance supervisor or similar experience.
Are bilingual (English & Spanish) and a strong communicator.
Possess deep knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
Understand OSHA regulations and budget control.
Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic tools.
Hold professional certifications like CAMT or HVAC (preferred but not required).
