Health & Performance Centre, University of Guelph

We are seeking a part-time Sports and Exercise Medicine Physician to join our sports medicine team. Our practitioners are motivated, collective professionals who understand the importance of innovative treatment options for insured and uninsured services. As part of the team, you would be working with Sports and Exercise Medicine Physicians, an Orthopaedic Surgeon, Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, a Registered Dietician, a Pedorthist, and a Naturopath.

A successful candidate should:

• Be licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
• Hold a Diploma in Sport Medicine through the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine (CASEM).
• Has experience and expertise working within a multidisciplinary environment.
• Possesses excellent communication skills.
• Enjoy working with patients of all ages and activity levels including athletes and teams.

The Health and Performance Centre at the University of Guelph has been preventing and treating sports and activity-related injuries for the University of Guelph and the surrounding community for more than 20 years.
