Nurse Manager – NICU RN (Night Shift)

Weekend and on-call rotation required
Hourly Rate: $40.00 – $58.00 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager – NICU RN to lead our neonatal intensive care team during the night shift. This leadership role is ideal for a clinically skilled NICU nurse with strong team management abilities and a passion for delivering the highest standards of neonatal care.
Collaborate with the Director to oversee NICU operations
Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of NICU nurses
Provide bedside clinical support and enforce nursing care standards
Evaluate patient outcomes and manage care delivery plans
Monitor department performance and quality improvement participation
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience (Charge Nurse or Manager level)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Active RN license in Texas or Compact license with Texas endorsement within 60 days
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
