🌙 3rd Shift Operations Supervisor

📍 Albion, IL | 🕒 Sunday Night–Friday Morning (M–F)

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor with strong communication skills, solid manufacturing know-how, and the ability to coach and motivate a team. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a key shift.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Supervise 15–40 team members in a manufacturing and assembly environment.
  • Lead daily operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
  • Support and coach team members directly on the floor.
  • Address issues as they come up—escalate when necessary, solve what you can.
  • Read blueprints or work instructions, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor efficiency and scrap levels and help improve them.
  • Work closely with other shift supervisors to keep things running smoothly.
  • Enforce company policies fairly and consistently.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and production instructions.
  • Strong, professional communication skills—you’re not afraid to speak up or listen.
  • Someone who can multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Dependable, teachable , and takes ownership of their team and responsibilities.
  • Comfortable walking/standing on hard surfaces and lifting materials as needed.
  • Open to working Sundays through Fridays with potential Saturday OT.
