Job Title: Sr Sales Executive - Public Safety & Law Enforcement
Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to join our expanding North American team. This is an on-site role.
As a key contributor to our fast-growing start-up, you will help drive growth in the Public Safety sector, including State and Local Law Enforcement agencies as well as critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full sales cycle in the Public Safety market, with a focus on selling our C-UAS systems.
Lead the sales capture process for strategic accounts, from initial engagement through purchase order acquisition, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with partners and customers across the Public Safety ecosystem, including law enforcement agencies, municipalities, and security firms.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, product demonstrations, and customer events as needed to support sales efforts.
Manage the sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and provide regular sales updates and plans to company leadership, utilizing CRM systems and sales management tools.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our proprietary products, effectively communicating the company’s offerings, products, and solutions to customers and partners.
Promote a customer-focused approach by collaborating with Pre-Sales Engineering, Business Development, and other internal teams to create and execute sales strategies, capture plans, demos, white papers, and proposals.
Proven track record of successfully executing sales campaigns in the Public Safety market, particularly selling commercial hardware and software products.
Established relationships within the Public Safety ecosystem, including local and state agencies and private security firms.
Demonstrated experience selling to law enforcement, public safety agencies, security companies, and commercial venues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead sales meetings and engagements.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable working outdoors during demonstrations or customer events, including lifting, setting up, and transporting equipment.
Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50%).
Based in the Washington, DC area.
