The NICU Nurse Manager will lead a state-of-the-art Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit—one of the region’s largest— prepared to handle all types of newborn cases with 24/7 subspecialty support, comprehensive neonatal transport, family-integrated care, advanced respiratory therapies, and a multidisciplinary approach that ensures safe, compassionate, and seamless care. Reporting to senior nursing leadership in Women’s and Children’s Services, the NICU Nurse Manager is supported by assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, clinical educators, and an experienced, friendly nursing staff, and partners with neonatologists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, lactation consultants, social workers, and therapists to drive staffing and scheduling, quality and safety, regulatory readiness, budget stewardship, performance improvement, and staff engagement—fostering an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative team where every caregiver thrives.
