Summary:
In the Loan Consultant role, you’ll be the first point of contact for CapCenter mortgage applicants who are on the path to purchasing a home or refinancing a mortgage. Loan Consultant engage potential clients to help them understand what they qualify for and guide them through the home buying process. There is no cold calling. Alongside managing a pipeline of clients, you’ll work collaboratively with realtors, loan analysts, underwriters, and insurance advisors to accelerate growth across multiple business lines, while maintaining a premium client experience.
