General Manager – Distribution | Lead & Transform Operations

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic General Manager to lead operations at our 150,000 sq. ft. distribution facility . This role will oversee both warehouse management and transportation , driving efficiency, safety, and performance across the board.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone ready to make a difference, bring fresh ideas, and apply their operational expertise to enhance our distribution network.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations across warehousing and fleet/transportation in a two-shift environment
• Manage and develop a team of 8 direct reports , including managers and supervisors
• Drive operational excellence, safety standards, and service quality
• Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, fleet logistics, and route planning
• Ensure performance goals and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Sales to align operations with broader goals
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
• Foster a positive, engaged team culture focused on growth, accountability, and training

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics
• Track record of managing large-scale operations and leading diverse teams
• Expertise in warehouse systems, supply chain best practices, and fleet management
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
