Qualifications:

• Member of the Oregon State Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and detail-oriented work style.
