Join Our Team as a Entry Level Events Assistant at Think Tell Junction

Think Tell Junction Are you passionate about event planning and ready to kickstart your career in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced event professionals, gaining hands-on experience in organizing a wide variety of events from corporate meetings to large-scale festivals.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
Help with logistical arrangements including venue selection and setup
Communicate with vendors to secure services and supplies
Support the event team with on-site execution and troubleshooting
Create event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth operations
Maintain event budgets and process invoices as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
