Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and digital analytics
• 3+ years of experience driving growth metrics in ecommerce
• 2+ Years of experience with experimentation platforms and analytical tools (Google Analytics, ABTasty, or ContentSquare)
• Experience with user research and UX/UI best practices
• Experience with data models in an eCommerce setting (funnels, heatmaps, cohorts)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in within payments at an ecommerce industry working in an international / global environment
• Ability to collaborate within multi-cultural teams
• Project Management experience (organizing multiple activities at once)
• College Degree in Marketing, Data Management & Analytics, Economics, UX/UI etc.)
