Vaco LA is working with a client in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to help support their team. This opportunity will be a temp, temp to hire opportunity due to high volume of workload. This opportunity is located in Commerce CA and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is looking to pay $18/hr-$19/hr on a temp to hire basis.

Job Specifications:

• Provide timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
• Adjust complaints concerning billing or service rendered
• Enter and update data in various databases and systems accurately and efficiently
• Review data for completeness and accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies
• Provide administrative support to the office
• Organize and maintain records, documents, and information for easy access and retrieval
• At least 1 year of working as a Customer Service/Data entry clerk is required for the role
• At least 2 years of Excel knowledge and experience required for the role
