About Us

We are a nationally recognized and award-winning leader in the residential and commercial services industry. Consistently ranked as one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation, we have a multi-state presence and a reputation built on integrity, quality, and an unmatched customer experience. Our success is driven by our people, and we believe that hiring the best leaders is the most critical component of our aggressive growth strategy.

The Opportunity

This is a key strategic partnership role, not a typical recruiting position. We are seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Recruiter to be the engine of our leadership pipeline. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the next generation of Branch Managers and Sales Managers who will drive our business forward. In this high-impact role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment for approximately 30 management-level and experienced sales representative positions annually across our national footprint. Your success will be highly visible and directly correlated with the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Branch Manager and Sales Manager positions, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leadership talent, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with VPs, Regional Directors, and other senior leaders to understand the unique needs of each branch, define candidate profiles, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, leadership qualities, sales acumen, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every applicant is treated with professionalism and respect, acting as a key brand ambassador for the company.
  • Data Management: Meticulously track recruitment activity and metrics in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline status and time-to-fill.
  • Offer Management: Structure, negotiate, and extend competitive employment offers in partnership with HR and hiring managers.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting for management-level, sales, or other challenging, high-volume roles.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting within the construction, in-home sales, or other residential/commercial services industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience recruiting for a company with a multi-branch or distributed workforce.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation Package & Comprehensive Benefits
  • PTO: A flexible paid time off policy to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Technology & Tools: A full license for LinkedIn Recruiter and access to an ATS and other essential recruiting tools.
  • Professional Development: A supportive environment with a budget for continued learning and professional growth.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
