Job Description

ZO Skin Health has a short-term, 6 month Contract Recruiter assignment. This role will support the Director of Talent Acquisitions in sourcing, screening, and recruiting talent for open positions across various departments.

Here's a general breakdown:

• Use various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Identify and engage passive candidates.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and track progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate job offers, including salary negotiation and onboarding processes.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years minimum experience in talent sourcing and talent attraction
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or specialized databases.
• Experience with Boolean search techniques and CRM systems.
• Ability to engage candidates effectively and represent the company's brand professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication for outreach and networking.
