Interior / Residential superintendent required in MI - up to $120K + Benefits depending on experience

Actively seeking an experienced superintendent for residential projects in MI (Lansing, Roseville, and Dearborn). This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all specifications and standards.

This role will require you to:

• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams, serving as the primary contact for all field operations and issue resolution
• Plan and schedule inspections, monitor construction progress, and maintain accurate daily reports and site logs to support project tracking and accountability.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-7 years construction management experience
• Previously worked on residential or mixed-use projects that are currently occupied.
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proficient in construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to job sites.
