Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing multifamily projects from early planning through final turnover
  • Contribute to procurement efforts, subcontractor coordination, and schedule management
  • Maintain up-to-date logs for RFIs, submittals, cost tracking, change orders, and progress reporting
  • Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and trade partners to keep the project moving
  • Support jobsite safety, quality control, and on-time delivery at each phase of construction
  • Take part in project closeout walks and ensure all required documentation is collected and submitted

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related construction experience with a general contractor
  • Experience supporting ground-up multifamily (BTR) projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
