Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What If I want to return something?

The products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product. However please ensure that the product is unused, tags, boxes and labels are intact.

How can I cancel the order?

The order can be cancelled by emailing us at care@grabbitempire.com or calling the customer care number 1800 209 2526.

The order can only be cancelled before the dispatch of the products once dispatch the order cannot be cancelled

After the order cancellation is done your payment would be refunded to the original mode of payment within five to seven days.

When refunds are provided and How long does it takes?

Refunds are provided if a replacement cannot be provided due to stock availability or transit damage. Refund is issued once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

For digital payments, the amount would be refunded to the original mode of payment and for Cash on delivery a bank transfer would be initiated.

Refunds would be done within 7-10 working days after receiving the product.

I had ordered multiple products but want to return a few?

Individual items can be returned which was part of multiple product order as long as they are not a part of a combo. While returning the product kindly ensure that it contains all the components including any complimentary gifts which came along with it.

How long it will take to receive replacement products ?

Replacement of unused product needs to be intimated within 14 days and product should reach our warehouse from the customer. The courier details for replacement product need to be shared with us. The replacement of products shall reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

What You Receive Is What You Pay For:

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing, damaged, wrong item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery we provide a window of 48hrs to report these items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.

Please send the pictures of the packaging on care@grabbitempire.com we shall arrange for reverse pick up and issue the correct items or full refunds in case of unavailability.

How can I arrange for a pick-up?

You can either email us at care@grabbitempire.com or call on 1800 209 2526  to initiate a return.

We shall arrange for the pickup of products wherever possible, in the event if we are unable to arrange for pick up the products can be returned via speed post and tracking details to be shared.

Which returns could not be accepted?

Returns are not acceptable in the following cases:

  • When the products are used.
  • Tampered and missing serial numbers, price tags and labels
  • Combos sold cannot be taken back/returned as individual units
  • Request made after the specified time frame.
