RISE Modern Wellness is dedicated to providing transformative wellness experiences with cutting-edge therapies designed to enhance anti-aging, beauty, immunity, detoxification, relaxation, weight loss, pain management, and athletic performance. We offer 12+ state-of-the-art services including Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, PEMF Therapy, Cryo-facials, IV Drips, and much more.

The Position: The Wellness Coach oversees all operations of services offered at Rise Modern Wellness which include: Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, PEMF Therapy, Dynamic Compression, CryoFacials, and more! The Wellness Coach is responsible for educating clients on each service and making general recommendations that help clients reach the wellness goals they want to achieve. Additionally, the Wellness Coach fulfils several ongoing operational requirements of the storefront including answering phones, booking appointments, updating client notes, and managing storefront cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Be an expert on all RISE Modern Wellness services and benefits.
• Conduct wellness consultations and assessments.
• Provide client wellness plans based on their wellness goals.
• Sales, lead generation & lead nurturing.
• Local event & local business promoting (marketing).
• Cold calling new clients, and following up with existing clients regularly.
• Operate all service equipment (exception: IV & Injection services only facilitated by Nurse with MD oversight).
• Maintain cash handling procedures including nightly drops as necessary.
• Maintain client safety and hygiene throughout the service process.
• Opening and closing procedures.
• Stay up to date on the latest wellness trends and therapies.
• Utilize our systems to schedule, communicate, and follow up with clients & team members.

Qualifications and Expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Core value fit
• Previous experience in sales and/or can demonstrate a desire and ability to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
• Passion for Health & Wellness: A strong interest in the wellness industry and a commitment to maintaining personal health and well-being.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients, and has an ability to explain complex health topics in simple, clear terms.
• Customer-Centric Attitude: Always prioritize client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to create personalized wellness plans based on our offered services.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of client sessions, progress, and any confidential health information.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

• Experience as a Wellness Coach, Health Coach, or in a similar role working directly with clients to improve overall well-being.
• Familiarity with wellness practices such as mindfulness, nutrition, stress management, physical fitness, and holistic therapies.
• Multilingual abilities
