Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our warehouse facility in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT asset management, logistics, and warehouse inventory control in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role will support IT hardware inventory, shipping/receiving, and asset lifecycle management in alignment with Astreya’s service delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the warehouse including receiving, storing, and distributing IT assets and equipment.
  • Oversee a team of warehouse associates, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Track and manage inventory levels, perform audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments using inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate with procurement, field techs, and client teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of IT equipment.
  • Support asset lifecycle management including imaging, tagging, disposal, and recycling of IT hardware.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports related to inventory metrics, team performance, and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in an IT or technology-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware such as laptops, servers, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) or ServiceNow platforms.
  • Experience in an IT services, MSP, or managed solutions company.
  • OSHA or forklift safety certification is a plus.
