Inviting applications for the role of Verification and Validation Engineer

Location: Waukesha WI ( 5 days onsite in week)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for planning and implementing verification methodologies and ensuring proper fulfillment of system and sub-system requirements.
  • Responsible for reviewing various product designs, verifying its functionality in agile testing methods.
  • Responsible to determine the testing environments and tools.
  • Analyze and debug system failures and issue found during testing, while delivering detailed reports identifying these issues for further investigation.
  • Work closely with development teams
  • Non-hybrid, full-time position on site
  • Flexible on working hour, including 2-3 evening shifts (14:00-23:00) per week as needed

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical / Bio-Medical / Electronic Engineering /Computer Engineering
  • +3 years of experience in multi-disciplinary products manual testing, with strong knowledge of software QA processes
  • Good documentation skills of test design and scripts for complete coverage of detailed system requirements
  • Quality focus, willingness to learn, versatility and adaptability.
  • Good organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent English skills (read and write).

Tools and Technologies

  • Experience as verification engineer in medical device companies.
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with Linux and MATLAB
  • Experience with Python development
  • Experience with test tools and frameworks (such as: ALM & JIRA)

SKILL SET:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Resource must have Healthcare CSV (Computer system validation) & GxP test procedures experience.
  • Execute subsystem and/or system Verification and Validation testing of MICT Systems, including informal (dry runs) and formal test execution and documentation of the testing activities.
  • Good systems test engineer with hands on testing experience
  • Writing and manage verification test procedures in ALM
  • Execution of the test procedure in the Bays or simulators.
  • Performing test execution reviews
  • Planning and execution support to develop and execute verification and validation activities by following GxP validation guidelines
  • Impact assessment of test scripts for any new release
  • Traceability Matrix,
  • Writing verification test procedures as per GxP validation guidelines
  • Writing SPRs (system problem report) for any test issues and working to resolve them (updating cleaning instructions and working with lab to re-test)
  • Writing a verification summary report at the completion of each test.
