Join a respected law firm in Pasadena as a Trust & Estates Paralegal, where your experience and dedication will be valued and rewarded. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented paralegal with 3+ years of experience in trust and estate administration and/or planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file probate petitions, trust documents, and related court filings
• Assist with trust administration, including asset inventories, accountings, and distributions
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and summaries for attorney review
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, financial institutions, and beneficiaries
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct legal research and assist with estate tax and fiduciary reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trust & estates paralegal role
• Strong knowledge of California probate and trust laws
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and calendaring
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
