Role Overview
CHAMP is on a rocketship growth trajectory, and with that comes rapid team expansion across multiple departments. We’re looking for a driven, organized, and strategic recruiting professional to help us scale thoughtfully by leading and refining our end-to-end hiring processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build structure without slowing things down, and is passionate about helping teams grow with the right people, systems, and tools in place.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing recruiting workflows, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and partnering closely with both HR and hiring managers to streamline how we attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent.

What We Offer
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. base pay range for this position is $75,000 -- $160,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
