Role Overview

CHAMP is on a rocketship growth trajectory, and with that comes rapid team expansion across multiple departments. We’re looking for a driven, organized, and strategic recruiting professional to help us scale thoughtfully by leading and refining our end-to-end hiring processes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build structure without slowing things down, and is passionate about helping teams grow with the right people, systems, and tools in place.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing recruiting workflows, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, and partnering closely with both HR and hiring managers to streamline how we attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization, from intake through offer
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and establish clear interview processes
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other creative channels
  • Facilitate a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely updates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews,
  • Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and produce reporting as needed
  • Create job postings that reflect the CHAMP brand and attract high-quality applicants
  • Assist in onboarding and hand-offs to HR once candidates are hired

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Go-To-Market functions (e.g., Software Development, Program Management, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success) within fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of North American talent markets, particularly in high-growth, commercial organizations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing complex hiring roadmaps across multiple teams or locations.
  • Expertise in passive sourcing techniques and creative talent engagement strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to influence decisions and optimize recruiting processes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches across various functions simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, multi-task and manage multiple relationships.
  • Collaborative, consultative approach with a strong commitment to providing an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.

What We Offer

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. base pay range for this position is $75,000 -- $160,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
