Responsibilities:

• Provide direct engineering support for a large-scale on-premise private cloud with data centers worldwide.
• Assist in delivering and maintaining operational, development, and test systems across multiple tenants within our enterprise.
• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers leading the industry in ground-systems solutions.
• Support external tenants by resolving issues and guiding them through future environmental changes.
• Engage in system maintenance, installation, and problem resolution.
• Research and resolve system design challenges.
• Convert requirements and design specifications into component designs and implementations.
