Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a
System Engineer
Position type: Fulltime/Contract
Location: West Lebanon, NH
Duration: 6+ Months Possible temp to perm
Onsite Role
As a System Engineer, you will: TOP SKILLS:
1) Must have skills with SAP (our ERP software)
2) Must understand networking including Cisco hardware
3) Must have a strong demonstration of troubleshooting skills and documenting work.
4) Must understand a ticketing system - ServiceNow is preferred.
Qualification:
• Associates Degree required with 3-5 years' experience
• Resolution of 2nd and 3rd level support tickets and activates covering ERP software (SAP) and MES system and relevant hardware in the field.
• Acting as a lead technical expert on the site business applications to ensure applications are managed and maintained to meet the ongoing business requirements.
• Participate on IT Validation and Qualification testing activities covering Computer Systems, Computerized Equipment and IT Infrastructure, including disaster recovery testing.
• Technical Architect supporting implementation of client’s IT Infrastructure and Operations Strategy. Providing technical analysis, design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of solutions according client’s standards.
• Resolving complex technical challenges to deliver consistent quality services to IT solutions and platforms.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50.00- $53.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
