This is a hybrid position in San Antonio, TX after onsite training

Assignment is 6 months to start, potential to convert to FTE

Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Supplier Manager to support our Government Services division. This role will be based in San Antonio, Texas, and requires a CJIS clearance. The ideal candidate will be technology-minded, excel in relationship management, and have a strong background in supplier/vendor program management. A hybrid work schedule is required.

Security Clearance & Work Arrangement

• Must have or be eligible for CJIS clearance .
• Hybrid work model with on-site presence in San Antonio, TX required.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain influential supplier relationships with communication and ticket resolution.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and suppliers to resolve questions and coordinate efforts, including supply chain management and marketing initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact and resource to the finance team for supplier technologies, enabling more effective communication efforts and strategic positioning.
• Lead and coordinate supplier reviews, including maintaining and aligning GRPI (Goals, Roles, Processes, Interpersonal Relationships) modeling, cost and booking analysis, and stakeholder reporting.
• Provide ongoing process improvements and develop scalable strategies to resolve complex problems and streamline supplier interactions.
• Engage in software license and IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in supplier/vendor management, channel management, or technology account management.
• Experience with government procurement or working under government service contracts.
• Strong Excel skills, ServiceNow experience, and preferably Oracle experience.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) certification or software license management experience.
