Job Description

About The Bunny Hive

The Bunny Hive is a modern, elevated social club for little ones and their grownups. We offer thoughtfully curated “grownup & me” classes—spanning music, art, sensory play, baby massage, ballet, culinary exploration, and more—along with seasonal experiences, private events, and community gatherings. With a warm, sophisticated environment, The Bunny Hive is a place where families come together to learn, play, and connect.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Studio Director to lead our Chamblee, GA location. The Studio Director serves as the face of the studio and a pillar in both the local community and the greater Atlanta area. This role blends hospitality, sales, leadership, and creative marketing in a warm, upscale environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and passionate about cultivating meaningful connections with families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member & Guest Experience : Act as the host of the studio, greeting families with warmth and ensuring every visit feels special, seamless, and on-brand.
  • Sales & Community Engagement : Drive membership sales, retail, and private event bookings while representing The Bunny Hive in the local community as a trusted leader and connector.
  • Studio Operations : Oversee daily operations, including studio cleanliness, inventory, and staff management, to ensure an elevated client experience.
  • Leadership : Lead and inspire a team of staff, fostering a supportive, efficient, and brand-aligned work culture.
  • Marketing & Social Media : Manage the Chamblee studio’s Instagram account and lead email marketing campaigns to grow awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions.
  • Collaboration : Partner with studio leadership at other Atlanta-area Bunny Hive locations and work directly with The Bunny Hive CEO, COO, and Director of Programming to pilot new programs and initiatives.
  • Community Presence : Represent The Bunny Hive at local events and build meaningful connections with families, partners, and organizations across the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing, with proven ability to meet goals.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, retail, fitness, or other upscale client service environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive without micromanagement.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • A high level of comfort with technology and social media, and an ability to learn systems such as email marketing.
  • Passion for creating community and elevating client experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Discounts on studio classes, retail, and events.
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding brand redefining community for families.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should submit a resume and a short note on why they’d be a great fit for The Bunny Hive to brittany@thebunnyhive.com.
