Job Description

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, handling customer relations, and ensuring a clean, organized, and profitable retail environment. You will work closely with ownership to implement policies, track sales, and execute strategies that support the success and growth of the store. The Store Manager will also take an active role on the sales floor, working alongside team members to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining store standards. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, and able to make informed decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and inventory control.

· Supervise, train, and schedule retail staff to ensure efficient store performance.

· Maintain high levels of customer service, assisting customers with purchases and resolving issues promptly.

· Oversee inventory intake and organization, including pricing, tagging, and stocking merchandise.

· Monitor sales performance and contribute to strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue.

· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization standards throughout the store.

· Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and oversee daily reconciliation.

· Communicate with ownership on store needs, employee performance, and operational updates.

· Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role required.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

· Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

· Basic computer proficiency, including point-of-sale systems.

· Must be available to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.

· High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training in business or retail management is a plus.
