Pride Health is seeking an Ultrasound/Sonography Tech – Urology / Uro-Gyn Practice for a 22-week contract at in Flushing, NY .

Position Details:

• Location: Flushing, NY 11355
• Pay: $2300-2700 per week
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Duration: 22 weeks

Position Overview:

Pride Health is seeking an Ultrasound/Sonography Tech for a 22-week assignment at a Urology/Uro-Gyn practice. The ideal candidate will have experience performing general and vascular ultrasounds and be comfortable working in a clinical setting that involves exposure to both male and female genitalia.

Responsibilities:

• Perform renal, bladder, transrectal ultrasound (TRUS), scrotal, and pelvic imaging.
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring quality diagnostics.
• Follow proper imaging protocols while maintaining patient comfort and confidentiality.
• Document findings accurately and report any abnormalities to physicians.
• Ensure a safe and clean clinical environment in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Graduate of a one-year approved ultrasound program (required)

Certifications:

• ARRT (Sonography) or RDMS certification (required)

Experience:

• General ultrasound and vascular experience required
• Prior exposure in a urology/uro-gynecology setting preferred
