Now Hiring: Senior I&E Technician – Midland, TX

Edison Smart
Edison Smart are hiring a Senior Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician supporting our Midland operations. We're looking for a skilled tech with deep experience in PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and smart field systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, RTUs, VFDs, and transmitters
Maintain control systems and field communications (radios, modems, routers)
Mentor junior techs and lead troubleshooting in the field
Ensure system reliability, safety, and accurate documentation
What You Bring:
6+ years in I&E roles
Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, Modbus, and 4–20mA systems
Solid troubleshooting and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and insurable record
