Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving smart financial decisions through data analysis, modeling, and strategic insights. You’ll partner across departments, provide financial leadership, and help guide important company initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage financial models to forecast company performance.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare and deliver timely financial reports with variance explanations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning needs.
Contribute to annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
Continuously improve financial systems and reporting efficiency.
Mentor and support junior analysts on the team.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Advanced Excel skills (including financial modeling).
Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion Essbase, PeopleSoft Financials).
MBA or certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
Asset management industry experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
