WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Artist with serious hustle, a commercial mindset, and a proven track record in licensed women’s sports apparel. This role is NOT for slow operators, sensitive creatives, or those who require endless timelines to deliver quality work. We’re looking for someone who moves fast, takes ownership, understands how to deliver commercial design solutions, and thrives in a performance-driven, business-focused environment.

If you know how to create graphics that blend fashion-forward design with sports licensing compliance and you’re energized by the challenge of contributing directly to growth, revenue, and retail success, this is your opportunity.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll own the development of graphics and creative solutions for some of the most iconic sports institutions in the world: NCAA, NFL, MLS, and Team USA with a clear focus on modernizing fan apparel for women. Your work will impact everything from concept to production-ready files, across various print/other techniques, while managing licensing guidelines, commercial needs, and timelines.

Speed, precision, and understanding the why behind what we do are non-negotiables. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams but be expected to self-manage and deliver results without constant oversight so trust is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Create original, fashion-forward graphics for licensed women’s sports apparel.
  • Execute production-ready files for various print methods: screenprint, DTG, DTF, applique, and more.
  • Manage artwork prep, color specs, separations, and file accuracy.
  • Edit and enhance product imagery for both online and print channels. Including best practices for garment color changing and art drops.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Licensing, and Marketing.
  • Lead the charge on keeping projects on time, on brand, and on strategy.
  • Work within strict licensing and brand guidelines while keeping the end consumer and retailer in mind.
  • Stay ahead of design, fashion, and fan culture trends to keep the product assortment fresh and relevant.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of production, embellishments, and garment decoration.
  • Mastery of creating assets for licensed brands and knowing how to work within compliance.
  • A brain wired for speed, accuracy, accountability, and adaptability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
  • Confidence to lead your work and decisions without ego.
  • Experience in a high-performance, fast-growth, no-hand-holding environment.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to communicate clearly and directly.

TECH + TOOLS YOU’LL USE:

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Airtable, Slack, Canva, G-Suite (Expert level Google Sheets), Airtable, Dropbox, Miro

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT:

❌ A slow-paced, over-collaborative creative space

❌ A job for someone who gets defensive with feedback

❌ An environment where “art for art’s sake” is prioritized over business results

❌ A good fit for someone who needs their hand held

❌ Someone who is a afraid of new technology or Ai

WHAT THIS ROLE IS:

✅ Fast-moving, business-driven design that puts product in consumers' hands quickly

✅ Creative ownership with clear expectations and accountability

✅ A high-visibility role that impacts revenue, growth, and consumer engagement

✅ An opportunity to work on licensed brands at scale for a modern female customer

✅ An opportunity for someone to research/embrace the latest in Ai and graphic design

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 6-8 years of experience in graphic design for licensed apparel (sports or lifestyle preferred)
  • Strong, relevant portfolio showcasing on-trend, commercially successful work
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of fan culture, fashion trends, and the modern female consumer
  • Previous experience in agency, in-house creative teams, or fast-paced environments

This role is part creative, part production-minded, and fully rooted in hustle. We don’t have room for egos, excuses, or creatives who need long lead times. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a growth environment, understands the retail calendar, and can pivot with urgency when needed. Speed, accuracy, and commercial instincts are key.

WHY GAMEDAY COUTURE:

We’re a fast-growing, female-founded and led company redefining women’s licensed sports apparel. Our licensed collections span over 400 NCAA, NFL, MLS licenses and are designed to meet today’s female fan where style, sport, and lifestyle intersect. We don’t do “basic fan gear” we create fashion-forward, thoughtfully designed collections that move quickly and deliver real results.

If you’re looking for a role where accountability, hustle, and performance are valued as much as creativity, this is it.
