About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that support critical business functions and meet project objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Salesforce configuration , with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Components , and LWC .
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.
Perform data migrations , configuration, and automation using Flows , Process Builder , and Validation Rules .
Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend improvements.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL , and SOSL .
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration , including custom objects, workflows, and security settings.
Knowledge of API integrations , data modeling , and deployment using tools like Copado , Gearset , or Salesforce DX .
Experience working with Git or other version control systems.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines .
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , or a related field.
2 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II , App Builder , or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant .
Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft , Informatica , or Dell Boomi .
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000 $150,000 USD/year (depending on experience).
