Job Description

The Onsite Sales Counselor is responsible for engaging prospective buyers and guiding them through the sales process for newly constructed residential homes. This role involves lead generation, sales presentations, and closing transactions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, provide sales materials, and demonstrate model homes

Present floor plans, options, and community features

Overcome objections and close sales to ensure buyer satisfaction

Receive offers, answer financing questions, and track applications

Maintain accurate sales documentation and perform weekly follow-ups

Keep sales models and marketing materials clean and updated

Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and outreach

Use market analysis tools to support sales efforts

Host community events and broker presentations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred

Valid driver’s license

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Team-oriented with a collaborative approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Professional and ethical conduct in all business dealings
