ROLE DESCRIPTION

Access Global Group is adding an RPA Data Engineer to help design and optimize automation-driven data solutions across enterprise systems. This role focuses on building scalable pipelines, integrating data with Python and Snowflake in AWS, and enhancing analytics for real-time decision-making. It's a great fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, automation, and financial technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and optimize the performance of data processes to support real-time decision-making and analytics.
• Develop and maintain robust data integrations using Python, SQL, and Snowflake within AWS environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support RPA workflows across business units.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with financial industry standards.
• Other duties as requested by leadership.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with a focus on automation and analytics.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying data solutions in financial services environments.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in regulated industries.
• Experience or knowledge in fixed income and risk management is highly desirable.
• Remote with on-site meeting requirement

OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments, ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
