Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Right of Way Agent located in Tucson, AZ. The agent will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits (road crossings, railroads, etc.) for the project, coordinating with regulatory agencies, preparing documentation, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will also interact with landowners, manage project timelines, and work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth project operations. The right of way spans several hundred miles of Arizona and New Mexico, so travel will be required. Competitive day rates and travel expenses provided. ARIZONA REAL ESTATE LICENSE PREFERED BUT NOT REQUIRED

Qualifications

• Experience in securing permits and negotiating with landowners and regulatory agencies
• Strong knowledge in legal compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and manage documentation
• Experience in conducting field inspections and addressing permitting issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Tucson, AZ
• Experience and understanding of long haul right of way projects.
