In addition, we own and operate Poverty Bay Café & Bakery, a local café that is a cornerstone of the community and is key in FUSION's job skill training program for the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Lead by example to maintain a welcoming and top-tier experience for every guest.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Mentor the team to enhance their skills and ensure high performance.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately manage employee schedules, inventory records, and operational data.
  • Ensure Food Safety Compliance: Enforce food safety standards and regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, and 2 years experience barista/cafe experience.
  • Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver stellar results.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for providing top-notch customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily operational challenges.

Why Join Us?:

  • A vibrant, team-oriented work culture.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
  • Competitive compensation package and benefits.

If you're ready to bring your skills and energy to a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and start building your future in restaurant leadership!
