We are currently seeking a Resort Manager in charge of F&B who not only embodies our core values but is also committed to championing them across the organization. The Resort Manager in charge of F&B is part of the Executive Committee and will be responsible for overseeing the PM Hotel Operation, with direct responsibility for all aspects of the Food & Beverage Division. Additionally, the Resort Manager in charge of F&B will provide strategic oversight for the entire hotel operation during afternoon and evening hours. This includes, but is not limited to, the Residences, Loss Prevention, Engineering, Guest Services, Front Drive, Lobby, Front Office, Fitness Center, and Housekeeping/Turndown Service.

Expected Operation Presence: Wednesday – Sunday to support afternoon to evening and late-night operations and activations.

About you...

  • College degree in hospitality management.
  • Career progression through Food & Beverage and 10 or more years experience in a senior management position of a Forbes Four/Five Star luxury background.
  • Experience with stand-alone restaurants and third party operators is welcome
  • Highly developed employee relations skills required.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Awareness of key hotel industry trends.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Ability to provide legible communication.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, profit and loss statements.
  • Ability to train and motivate individuals, creating and maintaining a cohesive team.
