Bring your plumbing background to a client-facing role where technical know-how meets trusted advice. As a Residential Water Solutions Sales Consultant, you’ll support and grow our residential water business by converting inbound inquiries, technician-generated opportunities, and internal referrals—always keeping the homeowner’s experience front and center.

A Day in the Life

Morning starts with a scan of your CRM pipeline. You review new inbound leads, prioritize follow-ups, and confirm afternoon consultations generated by our field technicians. In each meeting, you translate complex plumbing details into clear options, guide homeowners through solutions without pressure, and close with confidence. Before the day ends, you document outcomes, schedule post-sale follow-ups, and track results against your personal revenue targets.

How You’ll Succeed

• Own an individual sales goal and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Follow Tonna’s proven sales process—from initial consultation through close and post-sale follow-up.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience marked by professionalism, trust, and clear communication.
• Complete required product, technical, and sales training to sustain high water-solution expertise.
• Efficiently convert inbound opportunities while meeting minimum revenue-per-lead metrics.
• Maintain precise documentation, follow-ups, and pipeline visibility within the CRM.

What You Bring

• Plumbing experience (field, estimating, or technical sales).
• Track record in consultative, relationship-driven selling.
• Ability to educate homeowners on technical options in a clear, no-pressure manner.
• Strong organization to manage follow-ups and multiple active opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Plumbing.
• Equipment/Parts Counter Sales.
