Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Talent stakeholders to evaluate talent and recruiting workflows and system requirements
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, process maps, system configurations, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR Tech and talent
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and understand workstreams in both the recruiting process + Ashby
• Develop training materials and documentation so new members of the talent + recruiting team can get up to speed and use it for ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• 4 -7 years+ of hands-on experience around Talent Operations & ATS’ or HR Systems
• Prior experience in an enablement role, ensuring the team has what they need to be successful + scale
• Must have deep understanding of Ashby
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, as well as lean and agile methodologies.
• Experience in system implementation and support, including system testing and end-user training.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations related to HR systems.

Pay Rate:

• $65-$80/hour DOE
