Position Title: Radiologic Technologist – Radiographer
Location: Bronx, NY
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Range: $58 – $62 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (Radiographer) for a 13-week contract assignment in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols.
Ensure proper patient positioning, technique, and equipment functionality for optimal image quality.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all hospital and departmental policies.
Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
Follow radiation safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Radiographer.
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist training program (including military equivalent programs).
ARRT certification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist.
Valid New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Radiologic Technologist license.
BLS certification preferred.
