Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is hiring a Project Manager-Business Capability for a 6+ months contracting role.

Must have skills:

• Certified PMP or equivalent is required
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management within pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
• MUST have 8-10+ years MS Project, SharePoint, Excel
• Knowledge of Quality Control (QC) processes and related regulatory standards
• 7+ years’ experience implementing end-to-end build-out / application configuration
• 7+ years’ experience with system integrations between systems such as ERP, LIMS
• 7+ experience with ALM – Application Lifecycle Management
• JIRA experience a plus

Pay: $103-105/hour W2

Location: New Brunswick NJ

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning and execution of large-scale digital integrations within commercial manufacturing in pharmaceutical domain
• Experienced in agile, waterfall & hybrid project management
• Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned projects
• Ensure project(s) deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with departmental best practices
• Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals
• Monitor and control schedule and financial health of their assigned programs and projects and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
• Proactively remove obstacles to drive assigned project’s momentum and progress
• Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful completion of assigned projects
• Actively engage stakeholders and project managers of problem projects to assist with identifying corrective actions
• Develop weekly & other project status reports per communication plan established by the program manager/delivery lead
