Position Summary

Secret Creative is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This role will oversee project workflows and operations across the studio—partnering with leadership to set priorities, supporting creative staff with clarity and alignment, and ensuring work moves smoothly from kickoff through delivery. The Project Manager will also engage directly with clients, often operating within their platforms as an extension of their teams.

Project Management & Delivery

• Oversee day-to-day project operations across the studio, maintaining visibility on timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resourcing.
• Translate high-level goals into clear, actionable project plans with milestones and success measures.
• Proactively identify risks, monitor budgets, and recommend resourcing adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Refine workflows, tools, and templates to increase efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project tracking, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with studio leadership to prioritize workload, balance resources, and align on strategic objectives.
• Work daily with designers to align priorities, manage schedules, and clear roadblocks.
• Capture and share meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Interface directly with clients—often within their systems—to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
• Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and partners, integrating their contributions into broader project workflows.

Client & Team Support

• Maintain and organize client-facing documentation, briefs, and deliverables.
• Contribute to building client trust by anticipating needs, presenting information clearly, and ensuring communication is proactive, timely, and professional.
• Guide the team in project management best practices, mentoring staff on workflow discipline to enhance the creative process. Contribute to a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience (creative agency or studio environment preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar).
• Strategic mindset with the ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Hybrid role with proximity to our studio in Northeast Ohio.
