OE Solar is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead commercial solar projects from initial lead to final invoicing. We need someone who is organized, structured, and ready to go the extra mile for our customers . If you’re looking for a cushy or easy role—this isn’t it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project scope from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Pull and manage necessary permits for all projects
• Draft and execute subcontracts for subcontractors and suppliers
• Coordinate procurement and delivery schedules with vendors and field teams
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, team members, and partners
• Oversee documentation and reporting requirements for federal contracts

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electricians highly encouraged to apply
• Proven experience in Project Management, including subcontractor and supplier coordination
• Demonstrated experience pulling construction/electrical permits
• Experience with federal contracts —50% of our projects are federally funded and require knowledge of federal compliance and documentation
• Strong electrical background and understanding of commercial solar systems
• Degree or relevant certifications in Project Management required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Passion for clean energy and customer satisfaction
